Corelle Dinnerware Set What did I learn? I will NEVER buy dinnerware online again UNLESS I first touch & see the dinnerware in person beforehand. And I thought I would'nt mind having new dinnerware that wasn't microwave safe NOT! I find myself having to regrab other wares that I could use transferring the food to microsafe ware then having to wash the plate or bowl that I didn't even use. Hello?My previous dinnerware set was used & loved for over 19years and was microdishwasheroven safe roundshaped large heavy but terribly scratchedup from years of abuse I really wanted to switch to new smallersize portions lighter squareshaped and white dinnerware and I was so excited to use my birthday giftcard to buy myself this new dinnerware set but this set turned out to be a TOTAL waste of money time and effort.Lastly it is simply ridiculous that the cups which are a cool shape & decent size do not match the color & feel of the friggin' plates set! Why could'nt this company match the color and feel of the cups with it's plates? Again I thought that it wouldn't be a big deal that the cups were a slightly darker white than it's plates & bowls set but honestly it DOES MATTER!! When you set your table with this dinnerware set and stepback to look at it it just looks weird & cheap. And hey I like artsymixed colors dinnerware too but THIS set does not pass for THAT either. Listen up don't waste your money unless you like miscolored cups with plates and bowls that have microwave limitations. Consider my review very carefully BEFORE you hit that purchase button! Meow.
Great Deal and Quality I was a bit skeptical of this deal but it truly was a great purchase. Lightweight but still sturdy and not cheap looking. Scratch resistance and microwaves well.
Great gift Bought this for my daughter for Xmas and she loves it. She especially liked the square design shape of this set. She wanted something durable that doesn't chip easily as she has two boys 10 & 12 that can be somewhat hard on dishware. She states it has been everything she hoped for so far.
great quality it's pure white and very simple design but elegant at the same time. very impressed by it's lightweight but fragileresistant quality. the size is good too.
Basic elegent and convenient. I wanted Corelle because I was tired of my old tacky heavy handmedown stoneware I'd been using for years. Unfortunately there isn't a single pattern available now that I like. I was hoping to find the discontinued Tribal Spirit design but alas no one is giving up theirs so plain white will have to do.As noted the cups aren't Corelle they are Corelle brand and are a shade off. The color difference doesn't bother me in the slightest.
Love it!!! I've had corelle dinnerware before and love the durability but although durable not completely indestructable I am excited to have a set that is easy to match should any plates break and need to be replaced.
Great product Its a great product it looks really nice on my table i hate round dishes just what i was looking for light nice anyway i recomend it thanks.
Corelle always great I really like the square look and use. White is always in for dinnerware. It is easier to plate a meal on the square plate rather than round and the fact that they are cupped keeps the sauce on the plate not in your lap. Unfortunately I'm not sure whether the pure white is still being made. I would like to have the 10 oz. bowls but can't get them except on Ebay at a premium.
Pure White Corelle Square is perfect for my kitchen I've tried finding a square dinnerware pattern that had the colors in my kitchen but nothing really fit. So I chose the pure white and I love it. I LOVE the small plates which I use the most.
You just can't beat Corelle! I registered for Williams Sonoma dinnerware over ten years ago when I got married. Thank goodness my marriage outlasted THAT dinnerware! Within months I had chipped plates and was frustrated especially considering the price. I bought a set of Corelle not long afterwards and have been hooked ever since. We lost our first set in a house fire but just replaced that set with the plain while.
